Assessment fees vary depending on the referral question, complexity of the assessment, and amount of testing required. A consultation can help determine the most appropriate assessment and provide an individualized fee estimate.

Assessment fees can range from $3,600 to $4,500+.

Payment is due at the completion of each appointment. Accepted payment methods include:

• E-transfer

• Visa*

• Mastercard*

*Credit card methods require an Add-On processing fee of 2.9% 

Psychological assessment services are not covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP). However, some extended health benefit plans may provide reimbursement for psychological services. Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine your coverage.

West Arrow Clinic does not offer direct billing to extended health benefit providers. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service and may submit receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement, where applicable. 

Scheduled assessments involve significant preparation and reserved testing time. 

A minimum of 10 business days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an assessment appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 10 business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $245 per hour of reserved assessment time.
